The Joyous Twenty-Fifth
Snow falling in the air
Dancing through the sky
Cold wind blowing through my hair
It’s perfect in my eyes
Through the window I can see
Houses with sparkly lights
Inside them are Christmas trees
Lit beautifully in the night
I sleep with dreams in my head
Of presents and cookie crumbs
I think of these in my bed
‘Cause Christmas is soon to come
And in the morning when I wake up
Under the tree sits my gifts
It's lovely and wonderful setup
On this joyous twenty fifth
Winter
The trees branches are bare
And the leaves fill the ground
The snow starts to fall
Without any sound
The seasons start to change
As winter creeps in
Like quiet mice footsteps
As the sunlight goes dim
But none of this matters
When you've got good friends
To help spread the cheer
Before year end
Goodbye to Fall
The trees branches are bare
And the leaves fill the ground
The snow starts to fall
Without any sound
So goodbye to fall
I'll see you next year
Before you know it
You will be back here
Goodbye to fall
Have no more fear
You gave us lots of color
And brought us lots of cheer
To fall
I have to say
You created a path
And helped show us the way
