Super Quick Breakfast ENERGY Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
7 dates
½ tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons nut butter
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional:
You can add chopped nuts or seeds to the dough.
You can also add chocolate chips. (I would recommend chopping them up.)
Instructions:
On a cutting board add 6 dates and chop into small pieces.
Add the chopped dates, oats, and cinnamon to a medium bowl.
In a microwave safe bowl add the last date with the milk and put into the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (depending on your microwave) the mixture may come out a little chunky looking, that's okay!
To the warm mixture add vanilla and nut butter. Mix together to create a soft paste-like consistency.
Finally combine the soft paste with the oat mixture. It should be slightly crumbly.
Form into small balls and enjoy!
Tip: If you are struggling to form the mixture into balls add a “splash” of milk.
